摘要：Preprocessing is an important Step in Web UsageMining. Web Log files are the great source of knowledge whichcan be used to analyze behavior of online users. Data Cleaning,User identification and Session Identification are involved inData Preprocessing. The time spent by user on the web page isconsidered for calculating session. There are so many patternmining methods which can be applied on preprocessed data.The preprocessing techniques will maximize the quality ofpattern mining methodologies and the results can be used forrecommender systems to find the behavior of a user.
