摘要：Data Mining techniques may play pivotal role in effective and efficient management of E-Governance. In this paper an attempt has been made to review and compare the work done by various researchers in this field. It has been concluded that there is a strong need to discover knowledge from historical data, daily being generated through various E- Governance application at exponential rate, specially in Indian context. Authors also felt the need to develop strategies to cope of the challenges of processing of theses data and transforming into a compatible homogeneous and clean e repository of data, which can be directly used for analysis purpose. Application of Big Data Analytics techniques may further improve the qual ity of data analysis.
