  • 摘要:Medical Image Denoising plays a cardinal role in the field of image preprocessing. Medical Image is recurrently debauched by noise in its acquisition and transmission. Medical Images are corrupted by various types of noises. In this paper, We have taken Computed Tomography(CT) image. CT images are exploited by speckle Noise and Gaussian Noise. To denoising in medical images using Discrete Wavelet Transform are very efficacious because of its excellent localization property. Discrete Wavelet Transform can furnish sparcity, multiresolution structure and it is straightforward technique . Various Thresholding Shrinkage Techniques such as Visushrink, Neighshrink, Sureshrink, Bayeshrink are applied to eradicate noise. The performance of denoising is evaluated using the performance metrics such as Peak Signal to Noise Ratio(PSNR), Root Mean Square Error(RMSE), Mean Structural Similarity Index Measure(MSSIM), Mean Absolute Error(MAE),Normalized Cross Correlation(NCC) , Normalized Absolute Error(NAE).
