摘要：Stať přináší soubor pohledů na znalostní management a zejména problematiku učící se organizacev kontextu vývoje učení tří velikánů z historie – J. Schumpetera, P. F. Druckera a P. Sengeho. Prostřednictvímprofilu učící se organizace na základě výzkumu ve virtuální organizaci je diskutována možná interpretace dosaženýchverbálních i grafických výsledků.
