摘要：Na základě prezentace a posouzení současných trendů v rozvoji podnikatelského klimatu a základníchteoretických konceptů týkajících se problematiky regionální politiky, jejích nástrojů a dále problematikypodnikavé a znalostní ekonomiky, je možno identifikovat faktory ovlivňující rozvoj regionů se zaměřením právěna tuto vymezenou oblast.První část článku je zaměřena na vymezení pojmu regionální politika a deskripci jejích nástrojů v návaznostina příslušný právní rámec. Dále je prezentován stručný vhled do problematiky podnikatelského prostředí a faktorů,které jej ovlivňují. Ve druhé části jsou vymezena základní teoretická východiska problematiky znalostníekonomiky. V této části jsou také identifikovány faktory, které dané trendy ovlivňují.
其他摘要：Following a presentation and assessment of current trends in the development of an entrepreneurial climate, and basic theoretical concepts concerning the problems of regional policy, its instruments and the issue of entrepreneurial and knowledge-based economy, it is possible to identify the factors influencing the develop- ment of the regions, focusing just on the defined sphere. The first part of the article is focused on defining the concept of regional policy and describe its instruments in response to the relevant legislative framework. It is presented a brief insight into the problems of the business environment and factors that affect it. In the second part defined the basic theoretical background of knowledge -based economy issues. This section also identified factors that influence this trends.
