摘要:The caused of disability on cerebral palsy is unknown, but the humancerebral hypoxic, which affected to the motor cortex and motor pathways inthe brain is believed cause of it. The major clinical manifestations areabnormality of movements and posture patterns. The immunity against thecerebral palsy (CP) is unknown, but interleukine-1β (IL-1β) and tumornecrosis factor-α (TNF-α) are expressed in cerebral damage includingcerebral palsy. By biological effects of IL-1β and TNF-α, they affect to theneuron dopaminergic in the brain, so dopamine in the vesicle of thisneuron delivered to the extracellular tissue and to the intravascularcompartment. Expressed dopamine in the extracellular and intravascularcompartment has effects on motor pathways. IL-1β, TNF-α and dopamineall together detectable in cerebrospinal fluid and in the blood. The aim ofthis study is to known the effects of IL-1β and TNF-α as collectively to thedopamine in cerebral palsy. Diagnosis of the cerebral palsy is based onclinical manifestation in childhood by the abnormality of movements andposture patterns without involve the alteration of IL-1β and TNF-α anddopamine in blood. This study is conducted by observational method ascross-sectional study. Material of this study is serum from the bloodplasma, take by peripheral venous blood vessels; IL-1β and TNF-α areanalysis by ELISA and dopamine is analyzed by RIA. The results of thisstudy show, that IL-1β and TNF-α as collectively affect dopamine incerebral palsy. The result of this study is very suggested in the cerebralpalsy.
