  • 摘要:The research was conducted to recognize the quality of domestic wastewater in theKedung Tungkul Domestic Wastewater Installation Processor (Kedung TungkulDWIP) and to recognize the effect of aeration and Pseudomonas putida addition.The analysis of this research based on the enhancement of wastewater quality byusing the indicator of pH, BOD, TSS, oil and fat judged against the quality standardof domestic wastewater according to The Resolution of The Ministry of State ofEnvironment Affairs by means of License Number 112 in the year of 2003. Inconducting the research, the value of pH, TSS, BOD, oil and fat analyzed from theinfluent and effluent of Kedung Tungkul DWIP. Then the influent of KedungTungkul DWIP was treated in laboratory by aeration and Pseudomonas putidaaddition. The aims of the treatment were to improve the quality of domesticwastewater than accomplished to the standard quality. Each parameter was analyzedby using T test to recognize the difference of influent and effluent in the KedungTungkul DWIP, two ways Analysis of Varian (ANOVA) and Duncan MultipleRange Test (DMRT) to recognize the best treatment in the laboratory. Then, the datawas matched up to the quality standard of domestic wastewater according to TheResolution of the Ministry of State of Environment Affairs. The results of theresearch showed that the influent and effluent of Kedung Tungkul DWIP have nodifferences on the value of pH and TSS. For the meantime there were differencesbetween the values of BOD, oil, and fat. Compared to the quality standard ofdomestic wastewater, the values of pH (17,33% increase) and BOD (71,48% decrease)have accomplished the standard quality while the value of TSS (22,09% decrease),oil and fat (45,99% decrease) have not accomplished yet. The result of valuemeasurement of the treatment in laboratory showed that there was no difference onthe value of pH and has accomplished the standard quality for all treatment,temporarily there were differences on the values of BOD, TSS, oil and fat. For BOD,oil and fat parameter, the best treatment was on A Bioreactor (aerated by 2 l/minuteoxygen about 216 hours with 1010 cell/ml Pseudomonas putida bacteria additionabout 1000 ml in 10 l domestic wastewater) reached 89,19% decrease for BOD and93,18% for oil and fat. For TSS parameter, the best treatment was on B Bioreactor(aerated by 2 l/minute oxygen about 216 hours with 1010 cell/ml Pseudomonas putidabacteria addition about 500 ml in 10 l domestic wastewater) reached 90,77%decrease. Compared to the quality standard of domestic wastewater, the values ofpH, BOD, and TSS have accomplished the standard quality, while the values of oiland fat have not accomplished yet.
