  • 摘要:The scarcity of fuel currently becomes a popular issue, so that it takes manyalternative problem solving. Through biodigester anaerobe system, the chicken’sfeces by the addition of organic waste can result biogas, a renewable energy. Theobjectives of the research are (1) Examining biogas production resulted frombiodigester anaerobe process of chicken’s feces. It was executed by dilution treatmentand the addition of organic waste substrate on a laboratory scale (2) Identifyingbiogas production resulted from biodigester anaerobe of chicken’s feces bulk systemon a semi pilot scale with different agitation frequency. The research was done usingtwo scales: a laboratory scale and a semi pilot scale. Experimental design used in thisresearch was complete random design. It consists of two factors, they are dilutionratio, and the addition of substrate. The best result of biogas production wasrecommended to be used on a semi pilot scale research. The digester of bulk systemwas used in the experiment to identify the number of biogas production. Steering inthe treatment on the semi pilot scale was at intervals of 4 hours/day and 8 hours/day.The parameter of observation included COD, TSS, VS, pH, and gas production. Thedata were analyzed using one way ANOVA and 5% DMRT test. Based on theresearch on a laboratory research scale, the highest biogas production resulted from acompound of chicken’s feces and water hyacinth by the dilution of 1:1 was 0,60 L.The highest efficient change COD, TSS, VS by the dilution of 1:1 was 68,99% (straw),32,05% (stray), 75, 14% (water hyacinth). On the semi pilot scale, the frequencies ofsteering were difference: 4 hours/day and 8 hours/day. And the highest biogasproduction of 8 hours/day steering for 6 weeks was 624,99 L.
