摘要：El transporte de drogas ilegales en el interior del organismo (body packer) representa un problema médico legal en aumento en las últimas décadas. Se presenta el caso de un Síndrome de body-packer o transportador de drogas (en este caso de cocaína) a nivel intestinal en el que, como consecuencia de la rotura de tres de las cápsulas contenidas en el estómago, se produce un paso masivo de cocaína al torrente circulatorio provocando la muerte del sujeto por una intoxicación aguda masiva de la misma. Una de las principales implicaciones médico legales de este caso es recuperar todas las cápsulas que porte el sujeto fallecido.
其他摘要：Smuggling of illicit drugs by concealing them within the human body (body packer) is a medical-legal problem that has increased in the last decades. We present a case of a body-packer syndrome where the illicit drugs (in our case cocaine) were carried in the intestinal tract. Three of the packets got broken in the stomach, thus producing a massive transfer of cocaine to the blood and death due to fatal massive cocaine intoxication. One of the main medico-legal implications of this case is the recovering of all packets inside the body.
