سیاست تقسیم سود همواره با سایر تصمیم‌های مالی شرکت در تعامل است و این رابطه­ تعاملی تحت تأثیر شرایط مختلف قرار می­گیرد. از جمله مهمترین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر رابطه بین سیاست تقسیم سود و سایر تصمیم‌های مالی چرخه عمر شرکت است. در این مقاله با در نظر گرفتن چرخه عمر شرکت­ها، به بررسی رابطه بین سود تقسیمی، فرصت­های سرمایه­گذاری و تامین مالی خارجی پرداخته شده است. نمونه شامل 105 شرکت، بین سال­های 1382 تا 1391 انتخاب شده است. برای آزمون فرضیه­ها از رگرسیون چندگانه به روش ترکیبی استفاده شده است. برای تفکیک شرکت­ها به مراحل چرخه عمر از پژوهش آنتونی و رامش [17] استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیه­ها نشان می‌دهد که بین سود تقسیمی و فرصت­های سرمایه‌گذاری در مرحله رشد رابطه معناداری وجود دارد، در حالی که در مرحله بلوغ بین سود تقسیمی و فرصت­های سرمایه­گذاری رابطه معناداری وجود ندارد. علاوه بر این، در مرحله رشد بین سود تقسیمی و تامین مالی خارجی رابطه معناداری وجود ندارد، در حالی که در مرحله بلوغ بین این متغیرها رابطه معنادار وجود دارد.

In this paper, we have investigated the relationship between dividend policy, investment opportunities and external financing, taking into account the company's life cycle. We collect the required data for the sample of 105 companies in Tehran Stock Exchange, over a ten-year period from 1382 to 1391. To test the hypotheses, multiple regression model has been used. We used the Anthony and Ramesh‘s model (1992) for a breakdown of the corporate life cycle stages. The results from this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between dividend policy and investment opportunities in the growth stage, while there is no significant relationship between dividend policy and investment opportunities in the mature stage. In addition, there is no significant relationship between dividend policy and external financing in the growth stage, while there is a significant relationship between these variables in the mature stage.
