摘要:Several papers have already emphasized the need to integrate morphologicaland textural land information with remotely sensed multispectral data, inorder to improve classification and to identify shadowed areas for radiometriccorrections.This paper is focused on an interactive software program that gives thedigital three dimensional model of land, having as inputs contour linesautomatically recorded and/or conventional stereoscopic data. Geometricallyregistered contour lines and satellite or aircraft images are contemporarelyshown on an interactive colour monitor, superimposed on a grid inwhich each mesh can be subdivided. In this way the operator can chooseinteractively the best distribution of input points and grids beforerunning the analytical program. This program finds z, zx and zy for allmesh points and then applies a cubic polinomial function to find the pixelaltitude in each grid and subgrid. This information is then added to thespectral data.
