摘要：Hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) transplantation is a therapeutic strategy developed in the last two decades of the past century and now is a form of care or long-term control for many congenital or acquired, neoplastic and non-neoplastic blood disorders. For years, HSCs source used for transplantation has been bone marrow. This review ana- layzes current knowledge and clinical strategies to mobilize in peripheral blood HSCs for clinical transplantation in the G-CSF and Plerixafor era.
