摘要：In earlier days, fossil fuel was considered as the main source for the production of electricity. Since ithas adverse effect on the environment this fossil fuel has been replaced by renewable energy systems. Renewableenergy sources offers clean and efficient energy obtained from sun, wind and some other sources. In this paper, a newmodel of hybrid PV/WIND system is developed. The synchronization of hybrid system with the grid is done by usingDSOGI PLL. Hybridizing solar and wind power produces constant power. It provides power to remote location. Themodelling and simulation is done in MATLAB/SIMULINK software. The performance characteristics of hybrid systemand synchronization to the grid are also presented.
