摘要:More power quality issues are made in distribution system, due to increasing application of non-linearloads. Here converters are interfaced to compensate active harmonics to utilize distributed generation units. Currentcontrol approach is enhanced in this proposal; here current controller has two control branches to control harmonics tocontrol DG current and fundamental current separately. The proposed harmonic compensation does not need harmoniccurrent detection in local non-linear loads and harmonic voltage detection in distribution system. Fundamentalreference current is derived directly by closed loop current control without using phase locked loop (PLL). Thefundamental current tracking errors in steady state DG units are eliminates effectively by achieving this power scheme.
