摘要：Now a days, the world economy bringsgreat competition between companies that creates anintense pressure. Because of this increasing competition,companies want to improve their process for becomingmore efficient to lower costs while improving theirquality level and providing a better service. The purposeof this project is to discover areas of improvement in aproduction flow and to give suggestions on these throughfinding and eliminating waste in the productionenvironment. Theory of constrains is used to identify thecritical points in the production flow. The production flowof a product is mapped by using value stream mappingand analyzed to eliminate the activities which affects theproduction flow of the product. Change over timereduction method is suggested as a way to eliminate thenon value added activities.
