摘要：In this paper we analyze MX /M/1/SWV/BD queueing model. For this model the total probabilitygenerating function is obtained through the Chapman-Kolmogrov balance equation satisfied by the steady state systemsize probabilities. The probability generating function is presented in closed form so that various performance measuresare also analyzed.
