摘要：Sickle Cell Anaemia is a blood disorder which affects many people in various parts of the world.It notonly includes Asia, Africa, Mediterranean region, USA but also in India. This disease mainly affects RBC’s where theRBC will be Sickled in shape or half moon shaped. It is possible to cure this disease easily,if it can be detected at anearlier stage before severe complications occurs. In the present paper we have designed a real time system for thediagnosis of sickle cell anaemia from blood smear images.
