  • 摘要:Fouling Subsequent Cleaning Performance of Spiral Wound Nanofiltration (NF) Membrane Modulewas done. The membrane modules consisted of polyamide (PA) with cross sectional area of 1 m2. NF membranefouled by Humic acid with different doses (200, 300, 500 ppm) and calcium ions (0.5 to 2 mM) and three pHselected for this study were (6.5, 7.5, 8.5) adjusted by NaOH and HCl. When the concentration of Humic acid wasincreased approximately from 200 to 500 ppm, retention increased from 87.5 to 89%. Initial flux at 200 ppm Humicacid of 2.667×10-5m3/m2.s decline flux 2.0724×10-5m3/m2.s with increase Calcium ion (2mM) with constant flowrate 979kPa and pH 6.5. Flux was decline with influence of Humic acid 200 ppm solution increasing pH up to 8.5because adsorption of Humic Acid decreased at higher pH. It was obtained to electrostatic repulsion between Humicacid and the membrane surface. Fouled membrane modules were cleaned by using different cleaning agent such asaninionc surfactant, e.g., sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) and metal chelating agent e.g., ethylenediaminetetraaceticacid (EDTA). With constant flow rate 9 lpm and transmembrane pressure drop of 69 kpa. And Comparison of fluxrestoration (membrane fouled with and without calcium ions).
