摘要：Macroinvertebrates communities of Aghien lagoon were sampled monthly between june 2014 and Mai2015 using the kick sampling technique and Van Veen Grab methods. The distribution of organic matter and currentvelocity were accounted for the variations of species composition, taxonomic richness and total abundance. Insectsclass was the most dominant and represented. Diptera was more dominant in all stations of Aghien lagoon withchironomidfamily. High human activities around lagoon which released waste into the River accounted for the poorspecies richness.
