摘要：In this study,we graspedthe black spot by the disaster prevention assessment investigation and damageassumed Onojo-shi as a case study. In addition, we performed the disaster prevention refuge simulation training andpractice by the civic participation workshop for local inhabitants.Furthermore, we arranged the information that shouldreflect a disaster prevention city plan made from the result of the workshop and showed the effectiveness of theworkshop.
