摘要:Many agricultural commodities and food commodities are being kept in commercial cold storages. Problemsassociated with these cold storages are during power cuts for cold storage leads to an increase in temperature and canresult in the loss in quality and value of stored products. This paper proposes the use of a passive system integrated intothe walls of the cold storage facility to limit the rise in temperature due to power loss. Hence useful for commercialestablishments as presently there are frequent power cuts.
