  • 摘要:The InSb0.96 Bi0.04 alloy was prepared successfully according to the compounds atomic ratio of theconstituents of elements. The InSb0.96 Bi0.04 films where prepared by flash evaporation technique on clean glass. Theprepared film was annealed at different annealing temperatures (RT,423,473,523 and 573)K under vacuum. Thestructural properties of prepared un annealed and annealed films were investigated using x-ray diffraction (XRD) .X-ray analysis showed that InSb0.96 Bi0.04 alloy and films are polycrystalline zinc blende structure at all differentannealing temperatures.
