摘要：The intent of this article starts with the question: how to discover the cultureof an organization. The elements of this culture are composed of human behaviors,values, symbols, myths, heroes. The organisational culture remains a long termphenomenon which can be modified but this modification is produced due to a slowevolution and not to sudden changes. The types of behaviours are assimilated byindividuals.
