摘要：Glacial environment is characterised by a very wide variety of sediments. In contrast to other sedimentary environmentsit is difficult to determine the leading unit. Therefore, more often the complexes of sediments and forms are examined,rather than individual facies indicator. The aim of this paper is to present a diversity of forms and sediments inWielkopolska (in selected study area, which will be presented during the excursion) with an attempt to interpret their sedimentaryenvironment. The authors do not concentrate on discussion about the importance of frontal or areal deglaciation inthe formation and differentiation of forms and sediments. They emphasise the importance of depositional effectiveness.
