摘要：This paper focuses on an intercultural approach to the teaching of English as a foreign language and its consequences. As teaching culture is considered important by most teachers but it has remained "insubstantial in most language classrooms", the author presents some of the difficulties involved in teaching intercultural awareness and a range of practical techniques that they can be successful TFL and some tips that can help to make the teaching of culture a better experience for both English teachers and students
