摘要：Knowledge is a source of competitive adventage. In small enterprises there is simultaneous cooperation and competition. Knowledge management research is focused on large firms. Collaboration among small enterprises and with large firms is common. Information systems and information technology play a paramount role in coordinating and controlling joint ventures. Information system is a key tool in the management of knowledge sharing. This paper offer game-theoretic approach to answer the questions under cooperation and competition: what to share, with whom, when, under what conditions is paramount, and the role of information system in managing knowledge in small enterprises.
