摘要:This research investigated that do management styles have any significanteffect over employee performance with HR being an intervening variable, atrend setter or culture molder in the organization and judging its impact overemployee performance of Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) limited, whichis an organization with diversified backgrounds and cultures of workingpeople having different norms and values. Keeping the problem statement inthe mind four hypotheses were proposed including autocratic and MBWAmanagement styles. Culture has significant effect over employee performancewith respect to autocratic and MBWA management styles. There is significantdifference between employee perceived performance and HRIS employeeperformance record. The target population with sample size of 158 E-gradeofficer as respondents were provided questionnaire. Tests of Multiple LinearRegression (MLR) and Paired Sample T-test showed that two of proposedhypotheses were accepted and two were rejected. Hence, autocraticmanagement styles do affect employee performance while management has towork hard to establish a good governing norms and values. This helps to moldits new management styles and culture and set new image of the organizationand generate productive results
