摘要:This case study is based on Braydon Farms LLC, floral distributioncomplexity analysis in Alabama, US. This study utilized excel solver todetermine effective distribution to the 14 stores at least cost for BraydonFarms clients. The integer programming model was used to estimate theoptimal configuration for the distribution to 14 stores for seven daily routes.Furthermore, for the 14 stores, the total shortest distance was configured thatthe record of sales in the floral distribution truck should be loaded by storeand flower types for the first full season. It is recommended to the company tofurther optimize the distribution with one big truck for all stores coverageversus two small trucks for the upcoming season.
