摘要:We proposed a camera mounted assistive textassimilator model to help blind and dyslexia patients readprinted text from a pervasive device objects in their day-todaylives. To isolate the objects from the uneven coloredbackgrounds or other plain surroundings in the cameraperspectives,we first propose an effective and prominentstatic method to define Interested Region of Area (IRA) in thenon-initialized video which will then be allowed to take acapture of the real-time text. In order to make it moreaccurate we have used a better design module which wasnamed as Table CAM, help to take entire frame at a time andsend to the Text-to-Speech module in order to make subjectlisten the assimilated text. Based on survey on varioustechnological aspects we have implemented the design withworking model. This paper demonstrates the usage along withall the required perspective of the implementation. Theprimary motive of this technology is precise scanning andtext-to-speech transformations in order to achieve efficientoutput.
