摘要：In the Constitution of India, a provision is made foreach of the Indian states to choose their own official languagefor communicating at the state level for official purpose [1].The availability of constantly increasing amount of textualdata of various Indian regional languages in electronic formhas accelerated. Hence, the Classification of text documentsbased on languages is essential [2]. The objective of the workis the representation and categorization of Indian languagetext documents using text mining techniques. Several textmining techniques such as Support Vector Machine, KNN (KNearestNeighbor), Decision Tree, Self-OrganizingMap(SOM), Genetic Algorithm [2].
