摘要：Web services are rapidly changing the landscape ofsoftware engineering .The web services provide the somefunctionality but having different feature. It became theimportant issue due to this quality. In the web servicemanagement quality of service (QOS). There is some globaloptimization problem and selecting QOS based services forweb is one of them. In this paper improve genetic algorithm(IGA) is used for QOS based web-service composition. Herewe compare improved genetic algorithm (IGA), Particularswarm optimization (PSO), Differential equation (DE). In theexperimental results we found that IGA is the most feasibleand more efficient method for web service selection.
