摘要：El proceso de actualización del modelo socioeconómico cubanoincluye, entre otras transformaciones, el fortalecimiento del sector cooperativo,tanto que se prevé avanzar hacia la constitución de cooperativa desegundo grado. En tal sentido, el objetivo de este trabajo es valorar las actualescondiciones socioeconómicas y jurídicas sobre las que se proyecta la instrumentaciónde cooperativas de segundo grado en Cuba. Para ello, se comenzarásentando una base teórica en torno a esta figura. En un segundomomento se indagará en las experimentales experiencias de este tip. de cooperativasque han existido en el país. Por último, se analizarán las limitacionesde las recién constituidas cooperativas no agropecuarias en Cuba, a partir delas que se pretende avanzar en la integración cooperativa.
其他摘要：The process of upgrade of the socioeconomic Cuban patternincludes, among other transformations, the invigoration of the cooperativesector. That includes to advance toward the constitutional regulation of the cooperativeof second grade. In that order, the objective of this work is to valuethe current socioeconomic and juridical conditions to project the instrumentationof cooperative of second grade in Cuba. For that matter, we will begin sittingdown a theoretical bases around this figure. In a second moment we willresearch in the experimental experiences of this typ. that existed in the country.Lastly, we will analyse the recently experimental cooperatives constitutedon the not agricultural sector in Cuba
