摘要：El objetivo de este trabajo es valorar la actual implementaciónlegal de la autonomía cooperativa en Cuba, razonando opiniones que puedencontribuir a su perfeccionamiento. Para ello se comienza explicando el origeny la trascendencia de la declaración formal de la ACI sobre el principio de «autonomíae independencia». En un segundo momento, se sistematizan algunoselementos jurídicos a partir de los cuales el Derecho ha de modular la autonomíade la figura. Para concluir, se realiza una aproximación crítico-constructivaa la implementación de la autonomía cooperativa en el ordenamiento jurídicosocialista cubano.
其他摘要：The objective of this work is to value the current legal implementationof the cooperative autonomy in Cuba, opinions that can contributeto its improvement. For that reason it begins explaining the origin and thetranscendency of the formal declaration of the ACI about the principle of «autonomyand independence». In a second moment, some juridical elements aresystematized starting from which the Right must modulate the autonomy ofthe figure. To conclude, it is carried out a critical-constructive approach to theimplementation of the cooperative autonomy in the Cuban socialist legal system.
