摘要：The article presents brief analysis of relations between Russia and Ukraine over the last two decades: from 1994 to 2011. Special attention is attached to intergovernmental relations between the countries, concerning economical, political and strategic issues in the context of Ukrainian presidents’ policy, from L.D. Kuchma to sitting president V.F. Yuanukovich.
