标题：Features of the Russian Language Institutiolization in the Poly-ethnic Environment of Sochi District by Means of Education at the Turn of XIX–XX Centuries
摘要：The paper is concerned with the educational policy in pre-revolutionary Russia and the North Caucasus at the turn of XIX-XX centuries, detects the reasons, problems and the ways of the education formation among the multi-national population of Sochi District in the studied period. The role of the Russian language in the formation of major channels of the interethnic communication, introduction of the multinational population to the Russian culture, development of the state integrity is examined.
