摘要：In the process of realizing knowledge value, the sharing and dissemination of tacit knowledge are important paths. The dominant of tacit knowledge can facilitate the sharing and innovation of knowledge, improve the innovation and competitiveness of organizations, and enhance the creative potential of individuals. Based on analyzing the tacit knowledge, researching its connotation and characteristics, and discussing and analyzing the relation of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, this paper discusses the dominant path of tacit knowledge.
