  • 摘要:The increasingly fierce competition, IT enterprise employees will feel more and more pressure of work. And in recent years, due to the rapid development of the Internet industry, the IT industry develops fast in the digital revolution, many of the factors make IT enterprise employees turnover rate increased year by year. Based on the IT enterprise employees as investigation object, this article using hierarchical regression method to verify the control points between work pressure and turnover intention has a regulatory role. IT companies in the recruitment and staff training should put employees control points included in the examination scope which can alleviate the pressure on employees to a certain extent and reduce employee turnover rate.
