摘要：This paper analyzes the prominent problems and financial management situation of university scientific research fund. It suggests some new countermeasures in strengthening the financial management of scientific research fund in colleges and universities. It also provides a new effective way to improve and strengthen the financial management of university scientific research fund. By means of this thesis, it can have a referential significance with regard to other financial managements of university scientific research fund.
