摘要:The focus of this article is placed on e-learning for linking global engagement via international education and student mobility. The goal of this study is to explore e-learning practised in everyday contexts by an individual. The data collected and analysed for this study comes from life history records. This article situates this study in the diverse roles e-learning plays in a teacher educator’s research abroad. Approaching e-learning via a diverse e-learner makes it possible to see the role of bilingualism in knowledge production, the enhancement of research capabilities and the achievements of learning goals. It is concluded that the significance of quality e-learning is to ensure that learning objectives are achieved without sacrificing the educational standards.
