  • 摘要:Targeting at Wuling Mountain contiguous poor areas, through field research and in-depth interviews , this paper finds that in these areas there are many problems existing in the education development process which can not meet the requirements of inclusive development, such as lack of ability to participate in economic development, education “soft power” construction deficiencies, unreasonable government resource allocation, unbalanced regional education development, unitary investment in poverty alleviation and so on. By putting forward targeted policy suggestions, this paper aims to build up a fair education environment in line with the requirements of inclusive development strategy, thus to lay a solid foundation for education poverty reduction in Wuling Mountain Areas.
