摘要：China’s labor market has undergone significant change in the past 30 years and a more market-oriented labor market has emerged. This paper studies China’s labor market before reform and points out its character of direct allocation of jobs and the administrative control of wages. After that, this paper analyzes the present situation of China’s labor market and studies the current problems. Based on the above analysis, this paper draws some policy conclusions, such as enforcing the macro-control of the employment, speeding up the gradual reform of the household registry system, breaking up sectoral ownership of talented persons, and setting up the service system in labor market.
