摘要：Quality-oriented education in China’s primary and secondary schools started in recent 30 years, during which some achievements were made and also some problems were experienced, especially in rural regions. The problems and reasons of quality-oriented education in China’s rural primary and secondary schools were analyzed from the perspective of teachers and education management, and some solutions were proposed.
