摘要：The purpose of this research is to seek to address the nature of workplace flexibility prevailing in Bangladesh and identified possible scope of implementation. The research involves an in-depth case study of workplace flexibility practices used in a Bangladeshi conglomerate. The research reviews the opinions’ of the human resources (HR) staffs about workplace flexibility. The findings suggested that, on the whole, the HR staffs of the current case study organization have very little knowledge on workplace flexibility. This research suggested that there is still a significant amount of work to be done before implementing the flexible work practices in Bangladeshi companies.
