摘要：The aim of this paper is to examine the causes and impacts of IT Investment on the financial performance of bank system. The analysis considers cost and profit efficiency in bank sector, using various econometric techniques such as the frontier approach, panel least squares. This paper summarizes the main findings of the research, discusses some of the implications, outlines the major limitations that could undermine the results, and identifies areas of future research.
