摘要：Now, with the spring number of our journal we are together with you again. Because of the importance that we have to give to quality, we have become a famous journal in a very short period of time. There is no doubt that the most important factor in this success is the contributions of our authors and the referees. The contents in this number of our journal are as follows: First, there is a study under the title of “Secondary School Students' Academic Risk Taking Behaviors: A Scale Development Study” by Mustafa İlhan and Bayram Çetin. They were concluded that the scale is reliable and valid and can be used in order to test secondary school students' mathematics-oriented academic risk taking behaviors. Second, there is a study under the title of “Adaptation of Attitudes toward Educational Measurement Inventory (ATEMI) to Turkish” by Ceyhun Ozan and Erdoğan Köse. They have determined that the adapted Turkish form of the inventory (Attitudes toward Educational Measurement Inventory) is a valid and reliable instrument that can be used to determine the attitudes of the pre-service teachers towards measurement and evaluation in education. Third, there is a study under the title of “Investigating the Attitudes of Students from Pedagogical Formation Certificate Programs and Faculties of Education on the Profession of Teaching” by Selda Polat. She found that the attitude of the students of Pedagogical Formation Certificate Programs against the profession of teaching was found significantly higher than the students Education Faculty. Fourth, there is a study under the title of “Problems of the Supervision of the Public Education Centres” by Ali Sabancı and Demir Erol Rodoplu. The results showed that problems of the Supervision of the Public Education Centres were about the staff, physical conditions, evaluation process, instructional issues and environmental relations. Fifth, there is a study under the title of “Teachers' Views on What Extent the Primary Schools Have the Characteristics of Learning Organizations and on Blocks” by Ahmet Üstün and Sabit Menteşe. They determined that the level of primary schools carrying characteristics of learning organizations is not enough. Finally, there is a study under the title of “The Effect of the Sports Education Model on the Attitudes of Students towards Physical Education and Sports” by İbrahim Doydu, Aylin Çelen and Hakkı Çoknaz. They showed that the sport education model have not generated positive effects on the development of students' attitudes towards physical education and sport. We hope that the Issues of our journal shall contribute to the field of education. We thank to the journal employees, authors, reviewers and all the others who have contributed to the preparation process of this issue. Together to many more times... Kuşkusuz bu süreçte en önemli etken yazarlarımız ve hakemlerimizin titizliğidir. Dergimizin bu sayısında şunlar var: Birinci olarak, ortaokul öğrencilerinin matematik odaklı akademik risk alma davranışlarının ölçülebileceği sonucuna ulaşan Mustafa İlhan ve Bayram Çetin'in “Ortaokul Öğrencilerinin Matematik Odaklı Akademik Risk Alma Davranışları: Bir Ölçek Geliştirme Çalışması” isimli makale vardır. İkinci olarak, 'Attitude toward Educational Measurement Inventory' isimli envanterin Türkçeye uyarlanan formunun öğretmen adaylarının eğitimde ölçme ve değerlendirmeye yönelik tutumlarının belirlenmesinde geçerli ve güvenilir bir araç olarak kullanılabileceği sonucuna ulaşan Ceyhun Ozan ve Erdoğan Köse'nin “Eğitimde Ölçme ve Değerlendirmeye Yönelik Tutum Envanterinin Türkçeye Uyarlanması" adlı makaleleri vardır. Üçüncü olarak, Pedagojik Formasyon Sertifika Programı öğrencilerinin öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutumlarının Eğitim Fakültesi öğrencilerinden anlamlı olarak daha yüksek olduğu tespitinde bulunan Selda Polat'ın “Pedagojik Formasyon Sertifika Programı ve Eğitim Fakültesi Öğrencilerinin Öğretmenlik Mesleğine Yönelik Tutumlarının İncelenmesi” isimli çalışmsı vardır. Dördüncü olarak, Ali Sabancı ve Demir Erol Rodoplu'ya ait “Halk Eğitim Merkezlerinin Denetiminde Karşılaşılan Sorunlar” adlı çalışma vardır. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre, “Halk Eğitim Merkezlerinin denetiminde karşılaşılan sorunlar birey, fiziki mekanlar, değerlendirme süreci, eğitim öğretim süreci ve son olarak da kurum-çevre ilişkileri ile ilgilidir.” Beşinci olarak, ilköğretim okullarının öğrenen örgüt özelliklerine yeter düzeyde sahip olmadığı tespitinde bulunan Ahmet Üstün ve Sabit Menteşe'ye ait "İlköğretim Öğretmenlerinin Kendi Kurumlarının Öğrenen Örgüt Özelliklerine Sahipliği ve Öğrenen Örgüt Olmalarına Engel Nedenlere İlişkin Görüşleri (Amasya İl Örneği)” isimli makale vardır. Son olarak, İbrahim Doydu, Aylin Çelen ve Hakkı Çoknaz tarafından yapılan “Spor Eğitimi Modeli'nin Öğrencilerin Beden Eğitimi ve Spora Karşı Tutumuna Etkisi” isimli çalışmayı görüyoruz. Yazarlar bu çalışmalarında, Spor Eğitimi Modelinin, öğrencilerin tutumlarının gelişimi üzerinde olumlu etkiler yaratmadığı sonucuna ulaşmışlardır. Dergimizin bu sayısının eğitim alanına katkı getirmesini umuyor, E-UEAD'ın yayına hazırlanması sürecinde emeği geçen dergi çalışanı, yazar, hakem ve diğer ilgililere teşekkürlerimi sunuyoruz.
