摘要：Editörden Nihayet “Bahar 2014” sayımızla sizinleyiz. Ancak bu sayıyı yayınlamada geciktik. Çünkü dergimizin web sayfasında sorunlar oldu. Gecikme için özür dilerken, bütün dergimiz üyelerinin dergi sitesindeki bilgilerini gözden geçirmelerini ve güncellemelerini rica ediyorum. Dergimizin bu sayısında şunlar var: Birinci olarak, öğretmenlerin bazı olaylarda 'genellikle' çoğunda ise 'orta düzeyde' etik dışı davrandıklarını tespit eden Ali Sabanci ve Esra Yücel'in “Öğretmenlerin Görüşlerine Göre Denetmenlerin Etik Dışı Davranma Düzeyleri” isimli makale vardır. İkinci olarak, eğitim yönetimi alanına kendi kavramsalında bir kuram kazandırma amacıyla yapılan Erdal Toprakçı ve Sümeyye Mermer'in “Eğitim Yönetiminde Manyatizma Kuramı" adlı makaleleri vardır. Üçüncü olarak, genellikle öğrencilerin özelde ise uzaktan eğitim öğrencilerinin e-değerlendirmeye karşı pozitif olduklarını tespit eden Mustafa Bahar'ın “Üniversite Öğrencileri için E-Değerlendirme Tutum Ölçeğinin Geliştirilmesi” isimli çalışması vardır. Dördüncü olarak, Sibel Yoleri'ye ait “Yaş, Cinsiyet ve Mizaç Özelliklerinin Okul Öncesindeki Çocukların Okula Uyumları Üzerindeki Etkileri” adlı çalışma vardır. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre yaş değişkeni okula uyumda anlamlı bir yordayıcıdır. Beşinci olarak, Sivil havacılık alanındaki işsizliğin Türkiye ortalamasının üstünde olduğu tespitinde bulunan Kasım Kiraci ve Ümran Bayrak'a ait "Sivil Havacılık Lisans Mezunlarının İstihdam ve Kariyer Durumları Üzerine Bir Araştırma” isimli makale vardır. Son olarak, Taşkın Yıldırım, Abdullah Atlı ve Canan Çitil tarafından yapılan“Lise Öğrencilerinin Psikolojik Yardım Aramaya Gönüllülükleri ile Psikolojik Belirtileri Arasındaki İlişki” isimli çalışmayı görüyoruz. Yazarlar bu çalışmalarında, obsesyon ve paranoid düşünce belirtilerinin, psikolojik yardım aramaya gönüllülüğü anlamlı düzeyde açıkladığı bulgusuna ulaşmışlardır. Dergimizin bu sayısının eğitim alanına katkı getirmesini umuyor, E-UEAD'ın yayına hazırlanması sürecinde emeği geçen dergi çalışanı, yazar, hakem ve diğer ilgililere teşekkürlerimi sunuyoruz. Birlikte daha nice zamanlara… Prof. Dr. Erdal Toprakçı Editorial With the spring number of our journal we are together with you. However, we late in publishing this number, because of on the web page of our journal were trouble. Apologizing for the delay, I would like that they update the data and information of all concerned who operate our journal web page. The contents in this number of our journal are as follows: First, there is a study under the title of “Secondary School Students' Academic Risk Taking Behaviors: A Scale Development Study” by Ali Sabanci and Esra Yücel. They were concluded that teachers believed that inspectors behave unethically 'usually' in some cases and moderately in most cases. Second, there is a study under the title of “The Theory of Magnetism in Educational Administration” by Erdal Toprakçı and Sümeyye Mermer. They have determined that “The Theory of Magnetism” can contribute to the field of educational administration both in terms of the aspects that should be taken into consideration within the process of bringing up an administrator and the behavior of the administrator following this period in a more scientific way and it is expected that it can hold light to studies that will be carried out for the field of education to have new theories in its own context. Third, there is a study under the title of “Development of E-Assessment Attitude Scale for University Students” by Mustafa Bahar. He found that in general students have positive attitude towards e-assessment but distance education students have more positive attitude towards e-assessment than face-to-face education students. Fourth, there is a study under the title of “The Effects of Age, Gender, and Temperament Traits on School Adjustment for Preschool Children” by Sibel Yoleri. The results showed that there are significant relations between age, temperamental traits and school adjustment among 5-6 year old children. Fifth, there is a study under the title of “A Study of Civil Aviation Graduates' Employment and Career Status” by Kasım Kiraci and Ümran Bayrak. The results of the study indicate that, while a majority of the participants report currently having a job, the unemployment rate of the civil aviation transportation management graduates is higher than the average unemployment rate in Turkey. Finally, there is a study under the title of “The Relationship between High School Students' Willingness to Seek Psychological Help and Their Psychological Symptoms” by Taşkın Yıldırım, Abdullah Atlı and Canan Çitil. They showed that obsessive-compulsive symptoms and paranoid ideation, which are sub-dimensions of psychological symptoms, explain psychological help seeking willingness at a significant level. We hope that the Issues of our journal shall contribute to the field of education.
