摘要:The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of a conflict resolution and peer mediation (CRPM) training program being applied at a middle school in İzmir. Case study method which is among the qualitative research patterns has been used in this research. "Peer Mediation Form" has been used as data collection tool. 154 conflicts have been discussed in mediation sessions. Document analysis method has been utilized in the analysis of the mediation forms filled by the mediators. The results of this three-year longitudinal study show that, prominent subjects of conflicts are determined as: fighting, in game quarrels, misunderstanding, nicknaming, quarrelling, gossiping, mocking, jealousy, insulting, swearing to each other, arguing during the processes of courses, resentment, offensive gestures, damaging private property, unauthorized use of private property, not keeping secrets, fighting over seating, lying, swearing each other at social networks, giving a stink eye, casting out and putting on airs.
