摘要：Over the last few years, large cohorts of patients with distinct brain disorders of neuropsychiatric and neurological origin have been analyzed for copy number variation. Surprisingly, the same genetic abnormalities were found in cohorts of patients affected with mental retardation, autism, or schizophrenia.
