摘要：Este artigo, sob o prisma da disciplina escolar de História, procura mostrar como o ensino técnico foi um subsistema inovador mas marginalizado face ao seu companheiro do ensino secundário, o ensino liceal. Durante o Estado Novo, espaço temporal deste artigo, o ensino técnico mostrou-se atento às mais recentes correntes pedagógicas e didáticas e procurou, nomeadamente a partir de 1948, formar mais cidadãos do que simples operários.Contudo, este continuou a ser visto como o ensino dos outros e para os filhos dos outros.De forma a mostrar o caráter inovador do ensino técnico e a sua marginalização face ao ensino liceal, este artigo baseou-se na imprensa pedagógica da época, nomeadamente nas revistas Labor e no Boletim Escolas Técnicas destacando práticas educativas desenvolvidas no âmbito da disciplina escolar de História nos dois subsistemas do ensino.
其他摘要：This article, from the perspective of History school subject, seeks to show how technical educationwas an innovative but marginalized subsystem face to his fellow of the secondary education, the high school.During the New State, the temporal scope of this article, technical education proved to be attentive to thelatest pedagogical and didactic currents and sought, particularly from 1948, to educate more citizens thansimple workers. However, it continued to be seen as the teaching of others and for the children of others. Inorder to show the innovative character of technical education and their marginalization in relation to highschools, this article was based on the pedagogical press of the time, particularly in the magazines Labor andBoletim Escolas Técnicas highlighting educational practices developed in History school subject in this twosubsystems of education.
