摘要：La provincia de Córdoba (Argentina) dispone de una superficie natural protegida que alcanza casi las 4.000.000 ha, extensión que abarca el 23,7% de su territorio. Es la segunda provincia argentina con mayor porcentaje de su territorio bajo alguna figura de conservación recogida por el ordenamiento jurídico nacional y provincial. Sin embargo, sólo el 1% del espacio natural protegido dispone de programa de manejo. El artículo muestra la situación contradictoria entre los compromisos legales y la gestión territorial. Así, se interroga si realmente existe capacidad de gestión en las áreas naturales protegidas. Para realizar este artículo, se efectuó un trabajo de campo que se apoyó en entrevistas semiestructuradas al personal con responsabilidad en materia ambiental, tanto de la administración federal como de la provincial. El artículo cuenta con información de carácter jurídico, datos cartográficos y una revisión bibliográfica.
其他摘要：The Argentinean Province of Córdoba has a natural preserved area which affects almost 4,000,000 hectares and spans 23.7% of its territory. Therefore, it is the second Argentinean province with a high percentage of its territory under any of the preservation measures or piece of legislation regulated by the federal and provincial legal system. However, only 1% of the preserved natural space has a management plan. This article sheds some light on the contradiction between legal compromise and territory management. Besides, we wonder if the ability to manage the natural preserved areas really exists. In order to write this research paper, we focused on the realization of some partly structured interviews, meaning a field research. The subjects of them were those staff members with environmental weight concerning both the federal and the local administration.
